1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VLTQR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the platform.

2. Account Tiers & Limits

Personal Accounts: Restricted to the usage limits defined on our pricing page (e.g., maximum code generation limits and monthly scan limitations). Exceeding these limits requires purchasing a top-up or upgrading your plan to maintain active redirect status.
Commercial Accounts: Subscriptions provide unlimited redirects and code generation during the active billing period. Accounts in arrears may have their physical QR codes temporarily disabled until the balance is resolved.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use VLTQR to redirect users to malicious websites, phishing domains, malware distributions, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this rule without refund.

4. Liability

VLTQR provides dynamic redirection infrastructure "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, printing costs, or marketing expenses incurred if a QR code is deleted by the user, if an account exceeds its scan limit, or during routine server maintenance.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
